This “egg bread” is a street snack you can get everywhere in Seoul and I absolutely love it. I can eat breakfast all day (Nothing beats brinner! Go and watch Scrubs, Season 7, Episode 7) and this perfect combination of a sweet pancake dough and a soft egg is absolutely lit.
